Finance Management
This module is for Freight Management to manage all their financial related matters, ranges from Account Payable, Account Receivable, Exchange Rate Management, Bank Account, Customer Credit Term and Release management.
The functionality consists of:
- Receivable Management
This is where the Freight Forwarder can manage their Billing to their customer.
The Draft Billing is automatically created, using the booking and quotation done on the upstream processes within CALISTA freight exchange.
Each record represents an entity (Direct Customer or Peer Freight Forwarder) who has money owed/paid to the Freight Forwarder.
Click "Bill" to initiate the Billing creation.

After clicking "Bill", you will see this page to further manage the invoice.
Click "Invoice" to issue the Invoice.

Click "+Add" Button.

Click "Please choose bill" to choose bill to add into Invoice.

Click "Add to" to add the bill.
The Bill is successfully added into the Invoice.
Fill in required information.
Click "Save".

- Payable Management
This is for the Freight Forwarder to have visibility of their account payable with their suppliers.
Each record is an entity (Supplier) whom the Freight Forwarder owes/have paid money to.
Click "Bill" to see the bills for each entity.
Follow the same steps as Receivable Management.

- Expense Receive and Pay
This is for the Freight Forwarder to manage the collection of the account receivable, and payment for the account payable. Freight Forwarder can record the payment they have received from their customers (Direct Customer or another Freight Forwarder who bought the service from them) and the payment they have made to their supplier.
Freight Forwarder can define from whom or to whom they receive/pay , and then define which Bill they are paying.
This module helps give the Freight Forwarder a consolidated view so he knows what is owed/received. On the other hand, their customers can also see whether the Freight Forwarder has acknowledged their payments.
Click "Add".

A drop-down will appear.
Click either "New received" or "New payment".
In this example, we click "New received".

Fill in the required information.
Click "Add" to add a bill.

Choose the company.
Click "Search".
Select the bills to be added.
Once done, click "Close".

A bill record is created.
Click "Confirmed received".

Status is "Received".

- Exchange Rate Management
This is for the Freight Forwarder to maintain their internal exchange rate to be used for Billing or Quotation.
This exchange rate is then used to convert the value when the Freight Forwarder is recording the payments under Expense Receive and Pay module.


Under Expense Receive and Pay module, the Exchange rate can be seen.

- Bank Account
This is for the Freight Forwarder to keep the details of their customers' bank accounts.
Click "Add".

Fill in required information.
Click "Save".

Record is created successfully.

- Credit Customer with Monthly Payment
Manage customer credit term and Credit Quota with currency.

- Release Management
Click "Management".

If details are ok, click "Agree Release".

- Customer Bill Template
Freight Forwarder can create bill templates for customers by clicking Add.

Choose the type of charge.
Enter the following details such as Template name, Company Type, Name, unit price, quantity, source currency, payment currency and remarks if any.
Click Save.

The created template appears here.

Under Operation Management > Operation Export, when Freight Forwarder manages account receivable, and wants to add a charge, they can make use of the template created earlier.
Click "Add by template".

Choose the template you created earlier.

Modify/add information as required.
Click Confirm.

The created charge can be seen below.
