A module for Freight Forwarder to maintain their supplier contact.

  • Global Agents

Freight Forwarder is able to search for global agents available on CALISTA freight exchange community.

The module shows the list of global agents added by the Freight Forwarder.

 

Add Agent

Click Add to add an agent.

Freight Forwarder will be redirected to another page.

Click "Add agent" for the specified country, province and city available.

Interaction Between Two Freight Forwarders

A Freight Forwarder named lok wants to add a Global Agent.

Click Add.

lok is redirected to another page which shows a list of global agents to add.

lok chooses to add i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 as an agent.

Click "Add agent".

Click "Add agent" for the specified country, province and city available.

lok chooses to add an agent from Singapore.

Agent is added successfully as indicated by the green tick.

The agent which lok added will now appear under Global Agents as shown below.

The agent i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 (who is also a Freight Forwarder) will receive a notification on his dashboard.

Freight Forwarder i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 will be redirected to the Global Agents page.

i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 navigates to Rate Management > Agency Charges.

This is where the Freight Forwarder can add charges and manage other Freight Forwarders under each charge.

Click "Global Agents" for a particular charge which has already been created.

Click Add.

Select lok, the Freight Forwarder who added i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 as an agent.

i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 sets the sales rate for lok.

Click Save.

lok is now added under this charge.

i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 can choose to Edit the sales rate.

lok navigates to Suppliers > Global Agents and clicks "Agency charge".

Now, lok can see the charges set by i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3.

Click Confirm.

Status changes to "Confirmed".

lok can choose to Cancel Confirmation.

i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 navigates to Rate Management > Agency Charges and clicks "Global Agents" for the particular charge with lok added previously.

Now, i-erlybot Freight PTE LTD3 can see that the status is "Confirmed".
